    Damn shame Audi puts such a huge frame for the license plate on the car.

    Yes, and I'm also not a huge fan of the chrome grille, but I'm not the only one.

    This would be the first thing i would swap: V10 chrome grill out - standard v8 grill in

    Without a doubt, it looks waaaay too busy at the front like that. I would ask to redo the V10's front in shadowline I think. Not sure if it would look best completely in black or just the inside slats (and not the frame).

    If I were considering a V10 to replace my V8 R8, I would immediately look at a V10 WITH a beautiful V8 grille as being a huge PLUS+++++++!

    That grille on the V10 is really really really hideous. Other than that, the V10 is one SUPERcar!

    The swap is reversible, you know

    I respect all of you liking ALL the V10 "specialites" - am just not that big fan of:

    - silver grill
    - silver side panel on the engine bay
    - black rear

    Do not add to the R8 appearance IMO

    Don't get me wrong - the R8 looks good with it as well - i would prefer the "stealth V8" look.

    Am curious if anyone will actually do a V10 look for V8 look swap

    +1 on the grill and rear, the only colours that in my opinion suit the black rear are the metallic greys and really dark colours. Again the grill is very colour dependent but one thing that really looks well on the V10 is the new alloys design, more striking than the V8 which is very plain and ordinary Audi, the sort of thing you might see on any Audi coming out of a showroom which couldn't be said about the V10 alloys.
    Search and you will find the truth.
