Not a very common request. Let me get this straight. You want a honeycomb grille without the 4 rings and without the RS6 badge. Correct?

I have never seen such a creation.

I have seen a grill with the rings blacked out. It was on a completely de-badged black car and looked good. I know the owner and will try to get some pictures.

I think a blacked out grille was an option on the RS6+? Standard grille with blacked out rings instead of chromed.

Welcome. The RS front badge is a simple clip-on. You could have the "rings" painted.

You are going to need to paint the rings or make the entire grill yourself as they are on top of a black plastic area molded in the same shape as the rings and so if you remove the rings you have that mounting area to deal with. Too bad i had an old one that was cracked but i tossed it when i got the new one...someone backed into just the grill but would have been a good starting point for a new honeycomb.
