I don't actually think there's much of a choice in engines at the moment..
1.6, 2.0 FSi and 1.9 TDi
maybe the 2.0 TDi is also availablie..
but i really wanted to see the 1.8's return
too bad it didnt happen.
3.2 will be available in 3 months or so..
And no i don't own a A3
I wanted too..
but i think itll be a TT 1.8T 150 BHP roadster.

150 Bhp? Dont you mean 180 bhp or do you have a 150 bhp version in the Netherlands?

I tried the A3 2.0 FSI with sports suspension. It's too slow for my liking but the ride is nice.

Thanks for the input, everyone. Very much appreciated.
Erik, Did you have any bugs/problems with the car at all?
Did it feel front heavy with the four pot engine up front? and did it have the quattro system? How about the gearbox..six speed?were the gear precise when changing, with swift movement?

Klint, the car was more or less brand new and there were no problems.
I think it was a quattro, but to be honest I never looked.
It was raining heavily and I had no wheelspin so I guess it means quattro. But can't be sure with "only" 150 hp...
It was a 6-speed and I was impressed with the low consumption in 6:th gear on the highway. The gearbox felt just fine.
The funny thing with the A3 is that the feeling in comfort/size etc. is very similar to A4, A6 etc. It's only when you look in the back seat you realise it's much smaller.
Steering etc. was very direct and I only experienced understeer in a roundabout in the rain.

Erik, Thanks for the brief description.
I'm looking forward to the EVO article relating to the 3.2 V6 A3.
