Thanks for sharing. How did you find the Cayenne compared to the Tuareg or BMW X5. I think the Cayenne design already dated compared to Range Rove or BMW X5. It must be amazing to drice, but the style is not really up to it. And how about the interior, did you like it?

Must have been two great days over there.

Hmm...the Cayenne is almost as fast as the Boxster S around Nordschleife.
"better on the race track than off-road" according to Walter Rörhl.
"the test driver drive maybe at 95%, I drive maximum "

8.42 around the Nürburgring vs. 8.40 for Boxster S.
    Cayenne S = 9.04 vs. BMW X5 4.6 = 9.06

According to AMS they say it feels like a super-Audi

I don't like the Cayenne, it simply doesn't look good.
    Who designed the rims? :squared:
Interior, well the quality is high but I don't like (am not used to) it.

I actually like the Touareg a lot more, both for interior (Phaeton like) and looks. Quality would be very similar.

Porsche was thinking about using the new Audi 4.0 TDI in the Cayenne but will not for "image" reasons.

that's a very popular feature for many luxury sedans (chaffeur driven car types) especially in Japan. :asian:
