Essen 2002 - Misano Red RS6 Saloon - Many pics

Here it is! The misano red RS6 at the Audi stand at Essen 2002.
It has 19", drilled discs, the new sports exhaust system, high-tech leather and a special alcantara interior.

    The shark style antenna

Detailed pictures of the alcantara, carbon fibre inlays and high-tech leather interior.

F1-style paddles from the side. The have a great feel and work perfectly.

Please note the alcatnara option for steering wheel and tiptronic.
This gives a very good grip, but I am not sure how it will look like after a few years.

Details of the sports exhaust. Black matt paint differs it from the standard exhaust. I am not sure about the sounds because there were no keys around to try it...

Love the 'fuzzy dice' steering wheel and shift handle ... wow that's an interesting place for the Alcantara ... be careful with the Burger King hands .....
