Well, it's not the best-looking thing I've seen. But far from the worst... I like it, looking forward to seeing it in real-life.

    Qisha,

I must agree with you, it does look better in these video chips where the car is moving around and not static. But I did notice that in all of the video clips they either don't dwell on side on views or don't show it at all. It here where the Panamera looks at it's worst because no matter how you package something, when it's 5 meters long there is no hiding it's length, this is a seriously long motor car.

Another thing, why only four seats? Will they offer an option for those looking to carry five people, I would have considered one up until this turn down but now I think it's a white elephant which is out of touch with today's market, which is a shame.

    Ouch. LOL!!!

The new Panamera is just down right painful to look at. I think it may be uglier than the Honda Ridgeline and Element.
An R8 and an RS6 in one garage: It doesn't get much better!

Yes, not great, but better. I am reserving judgement untill I see it in person. As if my opinion matters. Just like was previously said by Andy, all said the same of the Cayenne... and it sells like hotcakes.

I know everybody here knows I like Porsche..., but seriously, we don't give a chance to any new car... I just want to wait for this car to be released and to start its market life. I'm more than sure this will be very ''often'' car on the street.

I agree with you. Panamera could be something like Citroen DS of modern days IMHO. It looks pretty unique and belive it or not-longer I look at it more I like it...

I am going to say something that the designers among us will probably be nodding in agreement.

A design which grows on you over period with stand the test of time longer than one which is instantly liked, though there are exceptions to this rule on both counts.

At the moment I am not 100% behind the design but feel it will be met with more approval than either the Cayenne or X6 has received.

And both of those had more than enough approval for manufacturers to happy.

The same reason that people buy Caynne! Just a badge!
