'10 Audi A5 Sportback, spy pic'

This is first actual pic' of the car..., I think. Premier is set for '09 Frankfurt IAA. S5 Sportback will be in line up,
RS 5 Sportback, maybe...

i think this is the A7. the A7 has been in the product development cycle much longer than any A5 variant other than the cabrio. the new A8 as well. similar pics have been posted of a black car that was originally dubbed "A7 spy pics" by brenda priddy iirc.

Not sure I agree with that, unlike the A7 the A5 is currently available and only really requires minor bodywork to change from coupe to sportback.

The A7 is a new model to be based on either the next A6 or A8. I would expect to see the A5 Sportback much sooner and in this current economic climate I wouldn't be surprised to hear the A7 being put on hold.

All I can tell you is, that I have been speaking with Audi brand manager for my country and he told me that A5 Sportback has been showed to the selected number of people, including him, in Spain last month... There was even some photo of the car on his comp', but I wasn't able to steel it from him...

This car looks very similar to the one on his comp', only with camo' on.

I remember the sales manager at my dealers telling my he was going to see the new SportBack soon. I was he who said spring '09 release, shortly after the intro of the Q5 and S4.
