35,000mi Service Cost

I recently purchased a 2003 RS6 and I'm having the 35,000 mile service performed by my local Audi dealer. He quoted me $2600.00, is that close to being correct? Just checking. Thanks

I've heard it quoted higher. Replacing the timing chain frequently on these cars is very important and it's quite an undertaking.

Certainly is not any cheaper than that. It sounds right to me and what other have posted for 75K service which is the same work.
