I bought an OEM set (ET32) and had to use a 4mm spacer to clear the front brake calipers. The 19's or 20's should work as the factory 19X9 ET is 30. The only this you need to check is the center bore on the hartmann wheels, RS 6 and most other Audis is 57.1mm. A5's and S5's center bore is 66.56mm. You'll need to buy a set of hub centric spacers.

Obviously you'll have to work to make them fit.

I think they're good looking. But I wouldn't trust them to be as high of quality as your original wheels.
If you never exceed the limits, how do you know where they are?

    hartmann folks are knowledgeable

I bought the rs/4 forged rims from hartmann for my beast: http://gallery.hartmannwheels.com/v/...5_RS6.jpg.html

they were very knowledgeable about what rims would fit and tire sizes. After having this rims on for a year I do question the durability. Just put new skins and they said all the rims were slightly bent, and I am very careful about this as I have had one repaired from a small pothole.
