Yeah, I saw one in white sitting along side a beautiful R8, Sprint Blue with graphite alloys and carbon blade.
Maybe the reason so many are preferring the RS5 version in CAR magazine is because it's a finished rendition instead of seeing an overly aggressive bumper on a stock S5.
Search and you will find the truth.
The car looks like a S5, but according to the photographer it did not sound like a S5.
The front bumper is different with bigger air intakes presume that it's a test mule for the RS5.
It will be competing with the new BMW M3 V8 and Mercedes-Benz C63.
Just like other RS models the 5 will be developed by Quattro GmbH, Audi’s performance department.
The RS5 will be a Quattro but engine wise there are still question mark's.
Power will be 420+ hp (S5 has 354 hp).

Geniuses with the ability to become anyone they want to be.....
Another testmule.....perhaps S5 Evo though i think the Evo in itself is a testmule and not a production candidate.
I hate that front bumper on the 5. (though it looks good on the TT/S/R)
Truth In The Blacklist
Best front bumper design i've seen from Audi for a long time.

The CAR photoshops look much better though im hoping for a more aggressive appearance.

I wonder if the rollcage and bucket seats will make it into production!
2003 Audi S4 saloon (gone but not forgotten...)

I dont think it is Hans. The front bumper is nealy identical to the TT-R front bumper. It looks far too aggressive for an S model and has all the characteristics of an RS model. Honeycomb grille, large intakes with honeycomb mesh, etc.
Also, the S5 and S4 look pretty similar in terms of design. Why would Audi facelift the S5 to make it look extra aggressive?
