The smart ones among you will notice that it is the EXACT same as the Concept except it has the "S" grille from the TT-S, and it is wearing the 18s that are optional for the RS6. Love those wheels.

Oh yeah, and in one of the pics there is an S4 prototype

Just like I said all those months ago, the TT/RS will run the wide body from the Clubsport to accommodate the new engine and DSG gearbox.

Like I said 'THE ONE TO WATCH'

I also like the idea of a roadster, great for the hair dressers among us that what to blow dry o'natural.

    P.S.

What's the likelihood of this thing getting close to the RS4's time around the ring.

Yep its clearly the RS version. We knew it was going to happen. Leadie gave the info (yet again ) and that Concept was too good not to come to anything. Also, the RS wheels confirm it and the RS exhausts!

WHOA!!!1 THAT is the hottest TT I have ever seen, cinluding aftermarket tuners. Amazing looks, I just look forward to Auto to produde and not store as a "could have been" car. Simply amazing....definetely a must in a few more years, I LOVE IT!!!

    So....any engine/tranny/wheight specs?

Without that part of the windshield shouln't have less torsional regidity ? I hope Audi worked some smart solution to solve it.

Guys, if it wasn't for my good friend and yours the info would stay locked away until the official launch.

So a big thanks to that unsung hero who will remain nameless.

    It look terrible in white.
Further the body kit is to much boyracer for my taste, it look to much aftermarket.
Also don't like the lack of foglights in the side grill's.
The pro side of it is that i can stripe it of my list if the TT-R will look like this.
The last Audi's on my list is the R8 V8 and especially the V10, but they are out of my price range.
In this way my Audi day's are numbered, and i will look for something else.

    Jarod.

Hans I think you shoud wait for better pics. Remember how ugly the TT-S looked? now it looks a lot better.

Also, you are looking at spypics of the Clubsport body, look at my chop of the Coupe and you will see it wont be "boy racer"

Mate, I'm a bit shocked to hear you don't like it.

I rate it one of the best looking Audis ever, and that includes the R8. There will be few cars to hold the on-lookers eyes as long as this TT will and with it's lovely 5 cylinder exhaust note their attention will be held long after the car is out of view.

I agree, the bodykit does look pretty aftermarket. The fenders look like they have been put over the original ones, I would have expected a smoother, more genuine look.

I agree to some point. The design does lack cohesion. The "strip" on the rear diffuser looks cheap compared to the aluminum one on the clubsport concept. The straight strip of led's looks aweful, nothing like the led's on the R8 and S5. Also, it looks terrible in white. I know the white balance may be off in a couple of the shots, but it looks pretty bad in the photos.
