~~~And God did ask the stones... wants their Quattro to drive... the stones answered..." no we´re not hard enough".~~~
A powerful machine:-)
more or less a competitor to a 997TT and GT-R:-)
does anybody know the approximate Ring time of this beast?
Frederic,
Test results are nothing special for 550ps car. This MTM is not any faster then stock 997 Turbo.
Honestly, I expected much better test results... Specially for the money...
Agreed, compared to a stock 997tt there isn't any noticable improvement in all-out acceleration. We know that the Porsche will get better traction off the line, more weight over the rear and a more up-to-date awd system. But how does the in-gear times compare?
It looks like we all have moved on from the normal AWD vs RWD debate to the new, Turbo vs Supercharger. Maybe in a couple of months we can include a third, Manual vs Auto vs Semi-Auto vs Dual Clutch.
No matter what we discuss there is always two sides to every argument.
Search and you will find the truth.
I guess i am different than everybody else here, but i am not really that impressed.If you are gonna void the warranty why just stop with a supercharger?
For as much as they charge, this car should have a built bottom end and twin turbos to go with it. Heffners Performance takes the Gallardo and for $55k will give you a fully built bottom end and head and 800HP to go with it. They are working on TTing an R8. Now that will be interesting. They wasted so much money on carbon fiber "bling" that they should have spent the money on things that actually enhance performance.
