    Talking Picture of Cherokee without wheel

    LOL! A friend just sent me this picture.

    They were doing about 90 km/h when they heard a strange sound from the rear as the left side of the car was lowered significantily. Then the wheel passed them and continued about 50 meters until it disappeared into the woods.

    Actually it was the spacer which left the car, including the wheel of course.

    Luckily no one was hurt but it's fun sharing

    Pretty scary... Was it his own fault or was there a production/repair-failure?

    I'd say it's important to use bolts of the correct length...

    Pretty fortunate nothing worse happened! We all learn from our mistakes. I hope your friend counts that as one of them .
