As much as I appreciate the conception and the styling of the A6 convertible, I find the S4 ragtop particularly mouth-watering. Sleek body, torquey V8--watch out, M3 convertible!

Speaking of competition: the A8 W12 should make a strong contender to Mercedes S600, BMW 760iL, and--whatever VAG may claim--its brother, the Phaeton W12.
