    225mph Phoenix Diesel truck

Okay... so this isn't a TDI. But it's still an awesome diesel powered vehicle worth an honorable mention. This is Phoenix, the World's Fastest Diesel Truck. Phoenix features a 1,472-cubic inch (~24.4L) V16 engine that pumps out over 4000-hp. Phoenix is aspirated by four turbochargers and two superchargers and weighs in at 18,000-lbs. The front tires are from a Boeing 707 and the rear tires are from a Boeing 727. Phoenix's World Record speed is 231.356-mph, with a one-pass speed of 263.487-mph

    That is one sick machine!
Notice the four exhaust pipes in the rear, looks like a Pagani Zonda on steroids.

Edit: Na, the picture of the truck from behind disappeared.
