I has already ordered a S5 but as yet I haven't seen one in Sprint Blue and no dealer seems to have one coming in within the final date before I can change my mind on colour spec. If you has seen one and hopefully have pictures I would be most greatful if you could either PS me these or post them on this tread.

Thanks for that elstimpo, I have seen the RS4 in Sprint Blue and really like it so I do feel confident that the S5 will look just as good but there is no substitute for seeing it in the fresh.
P.S. I have also considered the Meteor Grey but again no actual cars available to see if it looks right. It does seem that most are coming in either Red, Silver or Black Metallic but as I have already owned three Black cars recently and the wife's car is Red I can't go for either of these options so my choices are limited to Silver (OK, but doesn't show off the mirrors), Quartz Grey (which I hate), Sprint Blue and Meteor Grey. As for the other colours, they are a no goer from the off.
This Meteor Grey seems to be a new colour just for the A5 or is this only the case in the UK?

Thanks mate, but I saw it already. I'm getting itchy feet at the minute and can't wait for my S5, even though it's still some time away.I'm most looking forward to getting back to a manual box and taking back some control over what I am doing.
By the way, what do you think of the combination, Sprint Blue with Pearl Silver/carbon? Tell me the truth if it's a bad combination before I run out of time to change it.

Leadfoot, did you managed to find some sprint blue S5 pics?
I ordered mine black ( should be here end of September) - and the only minor regret is that i should have custom ordered it Daytona Gray - that would have been perfect, and rare...... I really don't care for the Meteor Gray, which is a little bit in between colors for me - not quite black, not quite dark gray, not quite metallic, not quite pearl effect... but on the other hand, haven't seen that color outdoors yet, only in a showroom.....
I got these Sprint Blue pics from audiusa.com. They arent real-life pics but I'm sure you guys will like them all the same. Beautiful colour in my opinion!

Now that's me happy with my choice of exterior colour all I need to see is if I was right changing from the Pearl Silver interior to the Black.Because if I see one with the light interior and I love it I'll be forever kicking myself for not having the balls to stick with my guts feelings.

Personally, I like gray and cream coloured interiors. Also, I dont like black paintjobs as much as other colours because I feel they hide great designs.
Anyway, I think you should have went for Pearl Silver interior but dont worry, black will still look very classy and the Sprint Blue is BEAUTIFUL!

I love the silver in the Audi booklet but after seeing a swatch of the leather it's a hell of a light colour when seen in the flesh.
At least with black you know what you're getting even if you will feel like you are sitting in a coal bucket.

Aruba looks too dark for me, but I LOVE Sprint blue
I have sprint blue on my RS6 plus and i have to say it does seem much lighter than those mockup's AOA did for you.
Sorry if these dont help much but thats just the way i think sprint blue looks in UK light anyway and that those AOA mock ups were a tad misleading. I think the 3rd mockup AOA have done is closest.
