    Thumbs up Rumore of RS8

    I have herd that there could be the possibility of a RS8, for the new generation A8. Has anyone else herd this? And if so what do you think about it? I think it would be cool if you want to really want to blow away BMW and Merc. considering Mercedes over the top horsepower engines are great in a straight line but are to sloppy in the turns.

    I think if RS8 ever made it it would be a seriously nice and wicked car.The new A8 shape allows for very interesting add-ons to styling and twin turbo engine with lots of raw power will produce THE sport luxury sedan ever.However,when I spoke to some guys from audi they said that it is very unlikely RS8 will be produced.it would be such a pity

    My thoughts are as follows.

    The new A8 is certainly a great car (well, I haven't driven it yet, but the rest is top class) but if a RS 8 ever is to be made then it has to (yes, else there is no reason to build it as I see it) be greater than the RS 6 and I'm not sure if that is possible to a reasonble price. Just think about how much a RS 8 would cost.... .

    well it can be very expansiv.. because than it`s more exclusiv and it`s the only one of it`s class.. other cars would be in a higher class (like maybach etc.) and so he`ll surely have his owners

    I'm not sure, but hasn't BMW built a M7 ??? And I think there will be many people loving cars so much to buy themselves an RS8.

    I have it on good authority that a RS8 will be made. It will have the V10 Bi-turbo and will cost in excess of £100,000!!
