Actually I'd love to have the mtm kit but it doesn't really look appealing...
Sportec mod is too expensive and I haven't got a clue about the efficiency.

The champion RS6 look is the best I think.

I find it disturbing that engine heat is swirling around 120° when you are really hitting it hard, or driving high speeds continuously.

    Me too

Does anybody know if Champion would sell their solution somehow?

I'm still hoping somebody has pictures of actual RS6 kit from MTM

This is the hood vents I did on my Sport Quattro, exactly like it was 20 years ago. This is also very very efficient as it was used in Groupe B Rallye. And the grill are made from material for fire place, exactly like it was done at Audi Sport. Impossible to be cheaper...

    Thanks!

But I hoped you have actual MTM kit to be able to see more photos.

I'm also a fan of the Champion Racing vents. So I called Champion Motorsports to ask for more info. They told me that I would have to talk to the racing group.

Since they are probably too busy to handle phone calls, I was thinking it would be easiest for one of us to catch them at a race. Below is their schedule, is anyone going to any of these events?

    Hood vent project

Headshot, whatever happened with your home-made hood vent project??

And what is the name of the tuner that made the vents on the BMW pic's that you posted as examples? Those looked pretty good to me and maybe they could be adapted to ours?

i am very interested at the hood vent as well, since there is no making the vent like mtm did so i guess this will be our only choice, few question about the vent from mtm, is it made of carbon fiber? how about draining function in rainy days. can u post more pictures when u got your, RS6 POWER?

I think a large muscle car hood scoop would look awesome on an RS6 because it would be a blend of american muscle and german engineering. Then again, it could turn out to look terrible. Anybody seen this? At minimum it would be funny.
