S4 V8 Test Drive

Erik... it would be really cool if you could do 40-140 km/u in top gear. I havn't seen the time of the s4 on that... they say it is a superb way to test the engines souplesse.

I'm not sure flooring it in 6:th gear from 40 km/h is such a good idea. :eye:

But I hope I can try something similar.

sport auto has tested the S4 V8 below 20 secs to 200 km/h in any case. Not too bad, but still far away from M3 E46.

Is it a Avant? If so, what happens if you load it really heavy and then try to floor it? How much will it affect the performance? A V8 should still have a lot of torque to deliver.

For different reasons - no test drive today.

But there will be one later this week.

It's a red S4 Saloon. And a blue RS6 Avant :s4addict: and more A8 4.2 than I could count.
