Diff radiator?

Have you had a look under your car?.. has it got a cooling device stuck to the central diff...

I wonder what that's all about.. Do you know if the car has an active diff and there must be some sort of heat build up in there.. hence the cooling device.. looks a bit like what you would see on your home hi-fi..

Here's the pic of the radiator attached to the differential... interesting.. I wonder if Audi had problems with it overheating??

I think you could be sure it's there for some good reason.
It looks like a heatsink commonly used in computers etc. where you need a large area of metal to cool whatever down.

RS6 would be a overclocked Pentium P4 3 GHz then
