OMG! Thats a lot quicker than i thought.
Where do you got these numbers from?
/audi
Audi Alroad- 07
Mercedes E320 cab- 96
Peugeot Speedfight II- 03
Best numbers so far, just about at Audi's factory numbers for 0-100 and 0-125.
This is better news, here is to positive thinking that we will see even better times.
Told you the R8 would deliver. How many miles on the odometer (C/D lists this now) Scans?
As the miles go up on this press cars the performance figures will keep going down.
I reckon we will see a time of 9.3~9.5s at some point, not quite the M6 but not bad for what is a 420hp car. Of course none of this has happen yet for it all objective, but it is promising.

Car and Driver M6 figures:
60 mph: 4.1
100 mph: 8.9
120 mph: 12.2
Standing ¼-mile: 12.4 sec @ 121 mph
70–0 mph @ impending lockup 155 ft
Roadholding, 300-ft-dia skidpad: 0.87 g
I think we all knew that the M6 will be faster, but the R8 can definitely hang on to 60 and probably 70/80.
The R8 has .98 skidpad and 157 feet braking.
But the slower S6 (acceleration) is just as fast around the race track as the BMW M5. Ok, the S6 is .1 second slower but still take a look at this. (Requires Download)

This has been my point about every Audi vs BMW/Merc test, the they might be the quicker in a straight line but the Audi always seems to make up the difference around the track. The R8 will be no different and neither will the S4 compared to the M3.
To tell you the truth, I reckon both of them will be a lot quicker than their counterparts.

Wow, great news!. Thanks! Now just hope for even better times...
