I would take it with a grain of salt if the car actually has 0km on the odometer. The owner even went about to change the wheels, would at least expect some mileage on that car. I would imagine it to be not so good on the car especially on the drivetrain and other internals to let it sit for so long.

I wouldn't buy it either but they do have a few other RS4 - and RS6 for sale with mileage.

He is placed at Alpnach in the heart of Switzerland.
Most of the cars are german cars imported by themselves, not by the official import company. Some are new and some have very little mileage.

the advantage: they are cheaper and this guy still makes money.
