    A3 2.0TDI Sportback - Courtesy car

Had to give my convertible in for some warranty work today. Was given an A3 2.0TDI Sportback as a courtesy car.

Man, this thing flies! :MTM: Very easy to spin the wheels in 1st and 2nd gear. The boost on the turbo is really quite strong. The only downer is that it is quite noisy compared to some diesel models, oh, and the breaks are wayyy too sharp - I wouldn't be suprised if I caused a few pile ups by over-breaking on the way to my office! - but otherwise, i'm really impressed!

Yeah and that's with only 140hp, try the new TT TDi when it comes out, talk is it will have 190~200hp.
Search and you will find the truth.

It's the 140 BHP version. Compared to my B5 diesel its not quite as good up to about 2500rpm, but after that, the extra boost is certainly noticable. It's also louder than my B5, but then again, my diesel has being getting smoother and smoother as the miles rack on..it's on 95k at the moment and still running great. (Touch wood)
