    RS6.COM is under construction

Please check back later for the full version, but you may post if you like.

Since this is an international forum, please help by including your location.

RS6.NU changed to RS6.com (both should work actually)
Finally managed to buy the address

    Dave,

I can assure you we are doing everything to get started as quickly as possible, but we have our normal jobs to look after as well...
However we don't want to rush anything just to get ready.
Will do some of the last graphics tonight and leave it to the HTML:ers tomorrow.

    RS6

    Hi Andy,

My Car arrived yesterday.. had my first drive in the morning...

Wow... what a car.. absolutly fantastic.. sounds sublime (it gurgles and spits at tick over) and is moster quick.. but it stays refined at all times.. the only way to know what speeds your doing is to check the speedo.. and then you think.. shite.. better pull the anchors in a bit...

Talking about the brakes.. unbeliveable.. beautifully weighted.. and on full tilt have tremenous stopping power. I went for the optional drilled discs and I would reccomend them.. they look fabulous.

Over all I am very, very pleased with the car and am looking forward to getting a few thousand miles under it's belt so that it really loosens up.

    Cheers
    Dave

    Dave,

Sounds awesome.... I can't wait! Have you driven the M5, if so could you compare them for me?

I doubt that we will get any brake options in the U.S.

Watch out for the cameras ...

I've not driven the new style M5.. have driven the old style.. I find the RS6 to be quicker and more stable... ie) less worring moments. I agree with some of the press reports that if you like tail happy motoring then the RS6 may not be to your tastes.. it really is stuck to the road like a limpit.

I have driven the new model M3 and that is quite awesome. It has a very hard ride and a fabulous sounding engine.. but I felt that all that noise would become tiresome on a long journey and my family wouldn't appreciate it much !

Overall I am delighted with my choice.. rev the 4.2l V8 bi-turbo and it is a stunning piece of kit, keep it quite and you can driev forever in complete comfort.

I'm looking forward to taking it over to Europe early next year. It should dispose of the miles effortlessly. I might even book and appoitment with MTM (can upgrade to 620bhp!)

    Cheers

It should be possible to post with the attach file function.
But it is also possible if you host and press the img button.

Anyway, that's the way it's supposed to work when I get all the options set
