Aside from my initial transmission issues, this car has treated me very well.
Needs a new fuel pump. That's it. Not bad all things considered.
I'm running the orange Haldex, or "Agent Orange". Car is dialed in for the track. Running KW V3, even though I've already blown out both front KW's. May have to go to their competition series next.
Sitting at a traffic light with my wife and the car just dies as though someone reached over and shut off the ignition. No warning, no horsing around, cool day. The car is bone stock. Here are the...
everything else you inevitably do to it will be. You can't just throw that much HP in the car and leave alone the stock suspension, brakes, Haldex, etc...
In the end, it truly becomes a "Track...
I could compare it to an E55 AMG but the gap would only widen. Granted, I'd much rather be in my RS6 come winter time around here! (Although my RS6 doesn't see winters.)

I haven't had any problems with MB service and/or reliability. In fact, when I do have a problem and it's somewhat questionable, like when my door close assist vacuum pump went, even though my last...
lineup let alone engine and transmission options!
My one criticism is that they have WAY too many options. It's as though someone criticized them for being too boring and predictable a few years...
To be honest, I'm not even sure which MB uses the 7 speed. Sounds like a nice trans though.
I would never sell it and I wouldn't pass up an opportunity to drive it. It's truly a 365 day/yr car.
The R32 is lowered and it gives it that wide aggressive look, plus the fenders are flared like the RS6. No doubt my RS6 is my favorite car.
torque at 590 to handle it. The S55 does however use the new 7 speed transmission. The S600 still uses the old 5 speed.
Yes, I'm well aware of the quattro disadvantage having owned a few Audis...
$80K car to a $130K. Just found it interesting.
I mean it wasn't even close. I know it's a fast car and I know I wouldn't attempt a fast turn with it either but for flat out acceleration it was embarassing.
So, a buddy of mine and I drive down...
a man of your word. Everything is exactly as "advertised". So, no RS4 for you, huh?

How old were the kids? I'd lay low for a couple of years and then seek revenge! :vgrumpy:
I'm curious i the RS6 Euro VIN's follow any specific pattern like the US VIN's do.
A few other questions too!
I'll buy your RNS-E if you haven't already sold it. How much?
Just not sure who owns it or where it was pulled from. Mugello, right?
That should put it over 250 now.
