Yes I still have the car
I did get it done, but it was already few years ago so can't remember exactly how. I don't think there was anything special, just trying with different tools.
Also, have you noticed that Audi now has the first ever S-model with diesel engine only, the SQ5 TDI:

I don't know the details how this car was ordered but it must be some kind of special order car. The build sheet sticker in the trunk doesn't show the paint code, it's empty where the paint code...

5W-30 is exactly what Mobil recommends to be used in RS6, at least here in Europe. Also other manufacturers recommend the same grade, like Liqui-Moly. 5W-40 is the second option from both of these...
Thanks but problem is that the combination valve is right on top of one tensioner bolt. I don't think I can fit any tool to unscrew the bolt.
I'm replacing the VC gasket and cam tensioner gasket on both sides as both are leaking bad. Had drivers side done without problems but now wondering how to do the passenger side cam tensioner gasket....
