VW have supercharged and turbocharged the Golf GT and according to some reports this has been reasonably successful!

Spoke to a contact at Audi and he has been informed the new RS6 will be normally aspirated as the engine bay is too small to fit turbos. Only time will tell.:addict:

Currently at 10.7mpg ! Central London driving with average speed of around 12mph. My wife's 4.2 a6 avant is averaging circa 17-19mpg for London driving.

Just watched programme with lotus exige running on bio ethanol and it was very impressive (5th gear in the UK) improved...

It is a rough creaking vibration but is intermittent. Had no creaking today but it is there at low speeds.

Any ideas?

Have noticed a creaking coming from the steering rack and the vibration comes through the bulkhead. I know several people have had noise which may be from the calipers but this has been ruled out.
