Most 2010 models had a plastic water pump. Sometime in May 2010, the pump was updated to a better quality aluminum unit. Audi of America did not issue a recall for the pump. Instead, it was a...
Which 18" do you have now? Are they Audi OEM wheels? If so, their offsets are as follows:
8.5" x 18" ET24
7.5" x 18" ET21 (winter wheel)
Yes, if you are replacing the OEM ET29 wheels with ET35 wheels, using a 6 mm spacer will change the offset from 35 to 29.
The OEM (standard) 19" RS4 wheels are ET29.
I know, but one never knows what the knuckleheads at Audi of America would do to make the car more appealing to the masses. :hihi:
That link is no good. Having said that, I would buy a TT-RS if Audi sold it in the US, but only if I could have a stick shift.:incar:
That's right. I think we have seen pictures of a NJ car with MFG (manufacturer) plates.
Me too... :incar:
DSG is for lazy people... :hihi:
Yes, great look. But, do they come in the 19" stock size too?
Here is some info on the 2006 Audi S4 25quattro.
Really? Well, they have the same leaking shocks problems.
My RS4 is in for its 15k mile service and the dealer discovered two (1 front and 1 rear) leaking shocks. They are expediting four new shocks from Germany to be installed in the next days. Does...
Personally, I don't think it matters as long as you use an Audi approved oil. The dealer services my car and they use Castrol. If and when I need to add a bit of oil, I just make sure it's a 5W40...
Yes, it's a great car. But, it comes to the US with the wrong transmission.:w:
Josh, the clutch is pretty soft and I certainly have no problem with it in stop and go traffic. As to wear and tear, there are no signs of such @ ~15k miles. I am pretty sure the clutch should last...
Welcome to RS6.com. Good to see yet another Audi fan on board.:thumb:
I can only answer two questions:
2) Funny you mention the slow speed brake squeal. Mine has 14.800 miles and the brakes...
Nice, but it would have been nicer if we got the car in the US... :noshake:
I think so too...:hihi:
Accurate or not, the US is used to using the word European for all models sold outside the country. Not trying to justify anything here, just saying how it is. Sorry if I have offended anyone.
Yes well, in the US we refer to the ROW as "Europe." :hahahehe:
While I don't own an R8, I have run dozens of P-Zero tires on several Porsche's and am running a set on my currently owned RS4. I have never had chuncking problems except when I drove the cars on...
Yes! :noshake:
According to Audi's press release, the V6 weighs less than the 4.2 V8:
"Audi's not giving away much more at the moment, but even with a gain in weight of 27 pounds over the existing naturally...
