MUggy, have You thought of cleaning the Cats ? Done it with other cars incl. my rs6.
Removing them needs some cutting, and than later rewelding, but no big deal.
I did soak them in a plastic tub...

We bypassed the ATF fluid completely using the new cooler.
The engine oil is running through the original cooler inf full.

Any estimate on weight savings versus stock radiator ?
I have auto tranny, but we added a separate oil cooler for the transmission, and are using the stock shared cooler for engine oil only now....

You chould drink champagne, is lighter !

Remember every car is different, due to condition, tolerances etc.
Best is an individual type tune/tunes.
Nubcake did my programs, great flexability, very happy with them !

Have Intake off, but having hard time sourcing
this little electric pump (ciculation after shut off for turbo cooling).
The new part # is 077121599A.
Most sources have to get them from Europe, 3...

So we have finally taken off the Intake manifold,
Mice were gone, but nest was there.
Damage to vacuum pump, will replace aux. water pump just in case.

Probably keeps the Cats also cleaner,
as cold running is like the old fashioned 'Choke" enrichment via the ECU.
We just cleaned the Cats, so I will leave it in for now.

A tuned Audi (or any high powered car) is more sensitive in the snow versus its untuned siblings.
Having several programs with one low power (low boost) will help.
