According to autobild (where I saw that pics) it's the BMW CS - a on the 7series BMW based 4 door Coupe - it's supposed to be able to compete with AM Rapide, Porsche Panamera, ...

hmmm .. we do have a similar system here in Austria which is called "section control".
It's installed on a few tunnels and parts of our Autobahn.
The only difference between your system and ours...
This was also my first thought; maybe PS for an "A8 Allroad" :-)
In my opinion this ps got too much look from the actual A5 that doesn't suit an A8.
