Radiator fan issue

I have been getting the following errors and is also associated with my radiator fans seeming to run constantly and always blowing cold air through vents. Is it a bad control module or fan? I have tried resetting the code but they keep coming back.
Appreciate anyone who would have insight to my problem.

Databus Powertrain, Misssing message from A/C controller, Implausible signal

18308-04-10
Control 2: open or short to ground. No signal, communication sporadic.

A/C controller is inside the headunit in the center console I believe. I wonder if you could pull it and re-check the connections on it.
