Hi. My Avant has 28K Miles on it now. I've got a clunk LR and it was determined by Audi that it is a shock absorber. Car has extended warranty so that is good. They have ordered LR and RF shocks, accumulator tank(?) and valves from Germany. I think this may be the 1st DRC issue Audi NZ have done. Anybody had the same problem or has anything to add. Just want to make sure it is fixed properly.Thanks.

Using DRC as your search word

You will get plenty of hits. There have been lots of problems, but one of the last threads gave a ray of hope that word on how to fix these suspension systems right the first time may have gotten out!!

this thread will get you started:

The key is to fix all leaks and refill the shocks and lines to factory spec (5 bar applied pressure to the filling point) before attempting to connect the New central valve....any leaks will result in "wasting" the new central valve.

Thanks for the info. I'll bring it up with the service manager.
