''Imola gelb'' with black optics would be my choice, to be precise....
I love yellow RS 4s since B5 RS 4, just looks wright on that car, for me, same goes for B7.

I have to admit that imola yellow looks very nice in the "flesh" and remains an exclusive color you don't see every day
