Interior color suggestions ?

Hi everyone, I am Dirk from Belgium, currently driving a 996 4S and a BMW 330d, but I'm going to sell both cars to buy the new RS4 avant ! This way, I'll be able to drive a sportscar EVERY day...

I've learnt a lot already, reading on this forum, so thanks for all that.

I'm now considering a Daytona grey avant with the titanium look 19" wheels (A red one is my favourite but a bit too flashy for my everyday use). A test drive on August 12th will hopefully learn me more about the suspension choice and also the seats...

One of the things I'm not sure about, is the interior though : black is the obvious choice, but somehow it seems to me that the interior could use some more "flashy" elements to make it "live" a bit more.

Any suggestions on this point considering a Daytona Grey exterior ? Maybe trough Audi Exclusive ?

Welcome Dirk!

If you are going through Audi Exclusive i'd go for either of the following leather colours -

1) Amaretto Brown - A8,S8
2) Ice Blue - New TT
3) Wine Red - A4 Cab

These would definately lighten the interior and make your car unique.

If you did not want ot go through exclusive and went for the standard recaro's then i'd suggest going for the silver silk napp leather to lighten it up.

I saw one silver interior (with black "trimming" not sure of the word you know the cord that goes around the seat) and if I was to re-choose that would definitly be my bet.

For me black is a little hot in the summer (but it's not like we had any choice here)

If so - can you get Exclusive colours for the car as well?

That's the combination I have in my RS4 Avant - with silver headlining too. It makes the interior a lovely bright place to be, especially as they also trim the panels on the doors with the silver leather.

You should post pics of the interior. Because that color choice is not really obvious without seeing it.

That would probably help others to decide.

Here's a RS4 Cab with Audi Exclusive.

Basically anything is possible!

Note the special armrest, usually this is leather but now it's perforated leather according to the owner's wish.

Here's another example from Audi Exclusive. RS4 sedan with suzuka grey pearl effect and special interior.

I must say that the floor mats do A LOT of difference.

Right now, I'm more into an avus silver avant. Referring to the last pic, I would replace all the orange with silver, I guess that would look great and brighten up the interior, compared to an all black one...

Eager for the testdrive on August 12th ! I'll take some pics...
