2009 Audi A7 Spyshots ???

Here are some pics of an S4/RS4 Audi mule that is supposed to be a mule for the A7. I think that it is a mule for the A5 as it is supposed to come out earlier.

You're probably right. They're going by the wheelbase, but the B8 platform moves the front wheels forward.

The front seats seem low and moved back. The headrests are at full extension to reach a normal level. The dails on the dashboard also suggest a low driving position. Too bad there aren't any pictures of the back seats, b/c the space there would probably confirm that this is a Coupé, and not some 4door wannabe coupé as the A7 is supposed to be.

Those pictures are funny. The top one looks not unlike a normal A4 with the front wheels move a wee bit forward, but in the bottom picture you would swear that you were looking at a BMW chassis with an Audi body. The front over-hang looks very small indeed, I know it's just a trick from the camera, but if you look at pictures of the new 3series coupe from the same angle you will see what I mean.

Yes, in the second picture the front overhang looks so small, it looks smaller than on the BMW. The front overhang should go down by 15 cm or 5.9 inches, that is a good improvement. I hope that the car in the picture is the A5/A4, the 111 inch wheelbase would be perfect for the A5/A4. The A7 would not have a smaller wheelbase than the current A6. However, with the modular platform we can't know which car it is exactly. Does any one know if the wheelbase can be stretched/shortened on the new modular platform?
