If you are refering to the Rs4 it have the 18 inch wheels .

Those are the optional 18" RS4 rim. The original North American info listed them as a June build, sold order, no cost option, but I haven't heard of anyone ordering them yet. I believe they're standard on the German market RS4 as well.

Yes, they are standard in europe.
