Same!
The only difference was additional cooling mechanism and retooling of the ECU for additional power. Couple of other small visual pleasures.

I know there are two additional intercoolers for the engine, behind the ones already in the RS6.
As for the gearbox, I believe the oil cooler is slightly larger for the RS6+ as well. Can't confirm with 100% certainty however.
As for the actual gearbox itself, it is the same as the RS6.

we have both so I will check the oil cooler - if there is a difference it is not anything obvious ....
