SD, MP3, I believe 256MB. It should be all in your Owners manuals.:deal:

it will read 2 GB - up to 1 GB size it will read the size correctly on display when inserted. 2 GB works fine, display shows 188 MB size .... :thumb:

I've forgot - SD card, manual states "will not read more than 128 MB". That of course is just CYA bs ... :bye:

Actually, even 4 GB works well and so do 8 GB SD cards and supposedly beyond (if they even make them).

I use a 4 GB SD card in each slot for a total of 8 GB of music. These things are cheap now, I got mine for $89 each from a local tiger direct store.

The only issue with any SD card over 2 GB is that once you put your music in and use .m3u playlists and folders to organize them (I use synctunes+itunes on a mac), you're likely to go way over the 512 (or whatever the number is) file limit that is recognizable by RNS-E. It is only useful to use 4 or 8 GB cards if your mp3's are all 320 kbps encoded or if you have a lot of large single MP3 tracks (live sets, concert rips, DJ mixes, entire rips of CD's on one track etc). Otherwise, you wouldn't be able to use all the extra memory capacity without going over the file number limit.
