edmunds.com has just released a video on the RS4 with not one word of criticism. They love it. Some numbers:
0-60mph - 4.7 seconds
1/4 mile - 13.2 seconds (no speed given)
slalom - 70.6mph (!!!)
skidpad - .90g
60-0mph - 107 feet (!!!) ---- plus, they say braking improves as the brakes heat up

Guys! The slalom speed of 70.6mph and the 60-0mph braking of 107 feet are some of the best numbers ever recorded, on any car! This is, in general, a world-class car, and is undoubtedly at the top of the sport-sedan heap.

Mr Clarkson from Topgear said it right when he said "the next M3 will have to come with it's own moon to be better than the RS4".
Two name for it spring to mind - 'the Luxury EVO IX' or 'the 4 seater 997'.

The braking distance. That was on the standard brakes right? Not the ceramic ones or am I wrong?

They didn't say specifically, but I would guess the standard ones, because edmunds.com usually points out outstanding features such as ceramic brakes.
