S8 delayed again

Was going to get in June, then it was the beginning of August, but dealer reckons August is now an optimistic forecast. They can't get a build week on the compter, as car hasn't even made the system yet.
Anyone with inside knowledge have any ideas why there's a delay, or when the S8 is likely to hit the UK?
