Impressive numbers. But is that on the front wheels?

Yup! Mind you that I havent yet reached those figures but everything is calculated for those numbers.

This is my first ever custom car that I build so I want to keep it simple. 4wd i so much harder. Less space and very difficult to build a transmission that can take the power.

My next project will probalby be a mid engine Audi TT...

Is it "just" a suped up 1.8T or have you bought another engine?

Theres actually a couple of cars here in demark that pushes 400hp+ in their 1.8T (20vt)

It is a tuned 1,8T. Stroked to 1,98L.

There is one guy in US with 721hp... :) Iīm not trying to set a record. Iīm just building the TT the way it should have been done from the beginning! :D

It is a gt25/to4s, Itīs like the gt2540R (also nown as GT2876R ) with an internal wastegate and the big .86 turbine housing.

At the moment full boost is at 4500 but since fuelling and timing isnīt correct I expect to get boost sooner with the rifght software and map.

Wow... It looks big.... :D :D
It makes my GT2871R look like a childrenīs toy.
Congrats on your setup.

With this amount of power from such a small engine has the thing any driveability, for normal day to day use. I know maximum power is the goal, but what's the economy like.

That remains to be seen. With te correct map it will probalby be lika a 100 hp 1,6 L enigne below 3500-4000. Not very fast but easy to drive. It's when the "shit hits the fan" when things start to get nervous! :)

This is more of a toy then a daily driver but if you want good timeas at the track it must be fairly easu to drive. Thats also why I have choosen th t24/to4s turbo. I has a very small turbine to get quicker spool. I can get alot more power outa of a bigger turbo but it will be eaven worse to drive.

What software are you running? Custom or a specific "Big Turbo file" from Revo, Giac or similar? Size of injectors and MAF?

I am using a piggyback named Unichip and I am really happy with it. The car was running a little bit lean with 440cc injectors even with 4 bar FPR ( our crappy fuel has 20% of ethanol) so I had to go for the 580cc - now the AF ratio is about 11.4 at boost :D :D . The MAf and housing are stock.
