For me, it's REALLY too bad that car isn't coming to North America. I'd have a much easier time convincing wifey to get that over the Q7.

The last picture is just so wrong!!
I dont think a picture with the ocean or water is the right element for the RS4 avant.
A piture with a large mountain covered with snow is more RS4.
Im sorry, but i just cant see the RS4 like a summercar, its written "winter" al over it. Maybee it has something to do with quattro.

'Some people' buy there car for a whole year....
I think the avant has more appeal then either the saloon or the cabrio. Maybe I'm the only one, but I still believe an 'RS' should be AVANT.
Great images though, does anyone has higher res?

This is absolutely personal and many here would disagree - but I simply love my Avus silver and the black optics just rocks in this combination. Seen it together with Daytona and would not personally even blink an eye in choosing it again (in fact, may opt for an Avus silver Avant Plus with ceramic brakes in 2008 if indeed one comes while waiting for Mk III RS4 some time in 2011 or so...)

Fab , I agree with QuattroFun , mine is Avus too . ;)
I think that lighter colors suits better the car , and Avus silver enhances the bulky body of the :rs4addict .
I agree for shure. I will go for it (better later than never:D )

Hmmmm....the Avant really doesn't look even remotely as sporty as the Sedan. And in fact, that goes for the regular A4 as well, which is strange given that the previous A4 Avant (8E) was decidedly sportier than the then current sedan. For me, the Avant was always the obvious choice back then, but now it's the other way around. It's the "weaker" design of the rear, I think, that ruins it all. Especially the tail-lights, the overall design of which work on the sedan but not at all on the Avant. Pity.....
