According to a magazine (Automobil) which interviewed Walter Rohrl, he was able to drive the new Porsche 997 GT3 in 7.42.

That's 8 seconds better than the previous GT3.



He says because of PASM etc. the car is much more comfortable and useable. On th track the new specially made tires are the single best factor which improves lap times.

Impressive!! 8 secs better than the old one....wow...so...the RS version should be like/round 7 secs better right?

I still wouldn't get one...Not my cup of tea really.

I'm abit dissappointed with these numbers from the GT3.
