Is it even a real RS6?
Obviously, the exhaust tips don't look like stock, and I've never
seen an aftermarket exhaust tip look like those.

Nice to see a modification attempt, but that's a poor one. The scoup looks like a "shaker" but I suspect it's held on with double sided tape. :-(
