Kinda ties in with something on CNN I saw recently. A kid (now 18) who is testifying because he was a "victim" a child porn. When just 13 he would perform "lude" conduct on a webcam (which of course both webcam and internet were unsupervised in his own room) and then get paid (via credit card of course) by "old evil men" who paid to watch. Now, don't get me wrong, those guys are sick... but where were the parents?!? Where were they when the 13 year old CHILD was receiving money (again, by credit card no less) from total strangers?!? And as for him "not knowing it was wrong"? Come on... when I was 13, I sure as heck new that crap was wacked! And now because of him and his parents LAMENESS, now the government has all the support it needs to spy on our web habits, to "protect" us... of course! Dang people, take responsibility for your dumb actions!
