I am afraid that question has no answer, its like asking what is best looking women in the world, every one of them are best in some areas.
Far as i am conserd, this time my vote goes to Michelin.
Just my 0.3 cents :)

Michelin gets my vote simply because of the strong sidewall. In the horrible Northeast USA driving road conditions, no bubbles, and saved my wheels plenty of times.
For Winter my vote goes to Dunlop. Michelin winter setup seems too soft for my taste.
For Summer my vote goes to Michelin.
