well -> that's quite a lot for official presentation just in march!

well -> let's see how much it will be in future.
(ps.: seen the first one driving last weekend at the place where I live -> Q7 with 4.2 petron engine -> that guy drove it like he had stolen it)

I hope that increasing Q7 output doesn't further strain Audi's production capacity or hurt quality on other new models. They're rolling out a lot of new cars in a short time period and boosting production numbers like that puts pressure on the whole enterprise.

Yep, that is a whole lot! I'm also a little concerned about QC issues. Same story at quattro GmbH last lear when talking to staff. Doubling the workforce in only 2 years time... that means a lot of effort will be needed to maintain quality.

I would not be regarding the Q7. They had more than 6 months after the presentation in Frankfurt 2005 to test it in public, and they did (regular test program, celebrity events, Dubai Driving experience,...).

And Ben - the first European buyers are your testpilots :)

Nice to know. But then again, same story with the RS 6, and we're still having those with issues...
