Roberta has arrived! I will be very quick as I cant wait to take her out for another spin. I picked her up at 12:30 this afternoon, after a brief stop at a local petrol station for the salesman to fill her up (WITH 95RON unleaded!!) I was not impressed as they recommend 98 RON. Anyway we will see how she handles with 98 RON in her later this week. SO Andy (the York Audi salesman please take note! - everything else from York Audi and Andy has been excellent ps thanks for the baseball caps)

To buy a car that you have never driven, I think is a scarey prospect. But believe me this is definately worth it. I am no motor journalist but it certainly is the best car I have ever driven. I am limited to 6,000 revs for the first 750 miles - after that it is up to 8250!!!

Off out for a spin - any requests for certain photos will be warmly received!

This is just beautiful, this is what this website is all about. The excitement of that delivery, the first ride home (Smiling like a little kid the whole time of course:D ), the posting and sharing of "first" impressions. Ahhh... how this brings back such good memories!:thumb:

Got a call from them today as the Avant order book opened today, so they let me know my order is at last officially in.

Handling is out of this world. You just cannot stop smiling and the S button well thats just organismic!

What is it like for mpg so far.

Go for the RS Mats it is worth the £250!
