This car is always garaged, non-smoker, 90% freeway miles. Estimated crank hp on 91 race is about 500-510 and 530-540 on 100 race.

The car has about 1 1/2 years of the factory warranty. All scheduled maintenance is included.

The car has a small ding on the trunk lid. I've received an estimate of $500 to repair. I will offer a $1000 credit to fix it yourself.

Asking price: $70k OBO.

My Turbo is on sale here: 2001 996TT (http://www.6speedonline.com/forums/showthread.php?t=42592)

Mr Kram,

Sorry to hear you're selling the Beast. It was nice meeting you and your family at the Audi drive last year, and will miss seeing your Beast there this year.

$70K is actually cheap for a RS 6 in the So Cal area! Did a search for a 300 mile radius on autotrader and the cheapest I pulled up was only two cars!!! One for $75K, one $73K. Both had more miles than yours.

About the ding, depending on the size, I know a very reputable company (Corona Dent Repair) that could fix it for less if you wish to send me a PM for the #.

Best,

Ben,

Thanks for the wishes. It was nice meeting you also. I will probably still end up in the Audi family as we are looking to purchase an All Road and either an S4 or M3 convertible to replace these two cars. As for the dent, the paint is chipped so I would respray the whole trunk lid.

As for the price, it's priced to sell. If I don't get any bites, I'm going to a dealer to trade it in.
