Interesting how it seems like the Gallardo has better throttle response or something since it always jumps ahead for a second before the Z06 reels it in. Maybe the driver just got the jump on the Corvette in terms of who floored it first.

It's because of gearing. You can see that the Lambo's driver shift quick after start.
